Using our in-house valuation model we look to acquire projects which are already priced for further bad news, hence significantly reducing the investment risk.
We always apply a thoroughly analytical and risk conscious approach to sourcing and evaluating all the acquisition opportunities that are put before us. We continue to deploy this philosophy throughout the entire value chain process that we provide our clients, including the exit strategy and realization of returns on capital.
Once a project has been acquired, we explore all the options available through our in house resources and partner network to improve the asset value and the efficiency of asset disposal.
We then use our in house sales and marketing division to redistribute the asset to our global database of end user property investors and through our international agent network.

In return for this service the banks we work with maintain a flexible approach to negotiations for the acquisition of their stock, meaning Siesta Homes is able to acquire projects at favourable entry levels and with favourable terms of bank financing.
Our projects are ideally suited for real estate investors who have a minimum 3 year investment horizon. Our clients are typically driven by the potential capital gain and/or yield return from each project and like ourselves, are forward looking investors.
Because Siesta Homes controls and manages the entire value chain, our investor clients can choose to enter early at the initial project acquisition stage, or enter later in the process and benefit from purchasing competitively priced completed turnkey properties.

In the latest development project in Spain we have teamed up with Oncisa S.A., the real estate division of ONCE (Spain’s largest charitable organisation founded in 1938) to develop a unique project of 51 luxury villas with breathtaking views along the coastline to Gibraltar and North Africa.

We searched for our ideal holiday home around Marbella and Puerto Banus, as we had always holidayed around there. Aloha Hill Club was exactly what we wanted and we bought at the ideal time just as they were renovating the project and adding the new facilities.
